Personal
I was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. I'm married to Gary Bottger, an illustrator, animator and caricature artist. We have two children, a boy aged 11 and a girl aged 9.
My connection to New Zealand began 23 years ago when Gary and I visited for 6 months. We based ourselves in Auckland, staying with close family while travelling extensively, from Pahia in the north down to Queenstown in the south. We fell in love with the country and always wanted to return. Living and working in Invercargill is a dream come true for us.
